We at Marmalade Stories aim to capture the sweet and the zesty. Marmalade Stories by Shantanu Shekhar is famous for his contemporary take on Indian Wedding Films, Candid Wedding Photography, Pre-Weddings and Lifestyle Photography. In addition we also shoot other works like maternity shoot, baby shoots, fashion boudoir etc.

We aim to capture weddings as a fly on the wall affair. Which means we capture the most intimate moments in your life discretely with the utmost cinematic and visual flair.

Yes we do travel all across the world.

In the film category, a 5 minute cinematic trailer and a 25 minute to 1hour cinematic highlight film are our main deliverables. Along with that we give separate full videos for performances/interviews etc. In terms of photography, we handover all images with colour corrections and level 1 editing applied. We also bundle 1 or 2 albums with a minimim of 200 photos(22 sheet album) depending the budget and package.

Photographs are delivered wihin 3 days of the completion of the wedding. We can deliver it even earlier as per your requirement. Album are delivered within 1 week after your selection of pictures to be added to the album are made. Flims however are another ball park. Editing is a very creatively intensive process. Each film goes through a series of iterations till we reach a point where we can proudly say " this is our best work till date". It usually takes us 3-4 months to deliver your complete film based on our work schedule.

The size of the team is decided based on individual requirements. A team of four is good enough to capture a wedding in its entirety but we also get a team of 10 if needed.

Since we take up very limited weddings each year we are usually booked 11-12 months in advance.

We take 20% of the total booking amount at the time of booking , the remaining 50% balance is due on the last day of the wedding and 20% has to be paid at the time of delivery of the photo albums.
